We’re Back! January Bright Ideas! :)

I am forgetful.  I mean, really forgetful.  While in my classroom I am so focused on the kiddos and teaching that I forget everything.
So, I carry around a clipboard.  All day.  I even created special sheet to keep my on track!

That was fine, but then I would be with my clipboard, but nothing to write with.  Then I found this:
It’s called a Pencil Pull.  Carpenters us it to hook onto their pants and then they have a pencil when they need one.  My father in law had one and I got really excited, so he bought me like 5 of them.  I think that they were originally black with a logo, but he even painted them orange for me to complement my clipboard.  The black part is stretchy, so just about any size writing utensil will fit.  You can pull it out, it is on a bungee type string.  I use it to attach a pen to my clipboard!

I love it because I can put the lid part of the pen into the black stretchy thingy (yes, that is the technical term I believe), and then I just uncap the pen and write freely!

That’s it!  Easy Peasy Lemon Squeezy!  My father in law got them from Menards, but I have seen them on Amazon as well.
