2013 Classroom Resolution!

I am linking up with Teaching with Moxie with my "Classroom Resolution". Wow!  This one will take a little thought.  I am working to reorganize all of my binders ...
But,  I think that my Classroom Resolution will be to have more fun (reorganizing binders really isn't that much fun)!  I sometimes take myself to seriously.  I am learning to laugh at myself more (in and out of the classroom).  I plan to do more brain breaks and I want to work on telling a few more jokes and smile more! Here is one of our favorite brain breaks (you gotta love Youtube!)

What kinds of things do you do with your kiddos to have fun in the classroom?

  1. I love your resolution. I sometimes take myself way to seriously and I have to remind myself to enjoy those little moments with my students. Great blog!

  2. It's so easy to get caught up in the stress of being a teacher and transfer that to the classroom. I'm making it a priority to work on that this year!

  6. That's a great resolution. I love brain breaks and so do my kids. I'm actually thinking about starting a binder system in my classroom very soon. I'm sure that will be a HUGE task.
